The Mutt

Rodney Mullen

Smelling notes by Helmutt Gaff

When I open the book I get a smell what does that smell of pickled onions in a wooden case, but then that changes to the smell of a glass of milk which has been left on the side table and then this changes again to the smell of raisins, then it smells of new skateboards.

The smell seems to switch as soon as I have identified it, I cannot hold on to it, it runs free.
